Uygulamada Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil yolunu izle.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

LexiDigits is a word and number puzzle game for Android, iOS and the web. This policy explains what data we process, why, and how you can delete it.

Data we collect

Player ID: When the app starts, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous account. This random ID stores your progress.
Linked account (optional): If you link Google, Apple (iOS) or email, your email address and provider ID are kept in Firebase Authentication. Your password is stored securely by Firebase, not by us.
Profile: your username, chosen avatar, account creation and last-seen time, platform and language. Your username and avatar are shown to other players (rooms, leaderboards).
Game data: statistics (rounds played, scores, badges, hourly activity), experience points and streak.
Usage and diagnostics: Google Analytics for Firebase collects in-app events (e.g. round finished) and device information. Firebase Crashlytics (mobile only) collects crash reports. Both are associated with your random player ID; your name or email is not sent. Firebase App Check uses device integrity signals to verify that requests come from the genuine app.

We do not sell personal data.

The Android and iOS apps may show ads through Google AdMob (a banner in the menu, full-screen ads between practice rounds and optional rewarded videos). There are no ads on the web version or in rooms. AdMob may process data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland your consent is asked before personalised ads; you can change your choice in Settings → About → Ad privacy choices. You can turn off personalised ads in your device's advertising ID settings. If you watch the optional rewarded video in the arena, your player ID (a random Firebase ID) and the arena question are passed back to us through AdMob's server-side verification so the bonus reaches the right account. Ads are limited to content rated for ages 13 and up. Details: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Why we use it

to run the game, save your progress and carry it across devices,
to provide unique usernames, rooms and leaderboards,
to fix bugs, balance the game and prevent abuse.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase services (Realtime Database, Europe / europe-west1). See Google's terms: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Retention

Profile and statistics are kept until you delete your account. Daily arena records are kept for a few days at most, period leaderboard summaries for up to 13 months. Room data is deleted when the room closes (when the last member leaves, or in the hourly cleanup: all members offline for 30 minutes or no activity for 6 hours). Guest accounts that were never linked are deleted with their data after 90 days without use.

Deleting your account and data

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, username, statistics, arena records, leaderboard totals, pending ad bonuses and account are deleted permanently; past leaderboards keep the rank but drop your name and avatar. For a Sign in with Apple account the Apple authorization is revoked first. A room membership and your scores in that room go when the room closes; this can take longer while other players keep using the room. If you can't access the app, use the deletion request page.

Children

LexiDigits is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
